Accounting and Finance Services
· Prepare and mail all billing statements to homeowners
· Regime payment billing and delinquency collections
· Process and pay all expenses
· Prepare the proposed annual budget
· Evaluate and administer existing budget
· Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements
Administrative Services
· Preparation of meeting agendas
· Prepare and distribute proxy notices as needed
· Board/Membership meeting attendance
· Records and file maintenance
· Meeting notice preparation
· Assist in meeting minute preparation and distribution
· Bid specification preparation and coordination
· Prepare and distribute newsletters and bulletins
· Website maintenance as requested by the board
· Prepare and distribute New Owner Welcome Packages
· Work with the board of directors to set short and long-term goals annually
· Assistant homeowners regarding questions and issues
· Covenant and rules enforcement
· Access to board member and committee chair training
· Provide email blasts for last minute notices and reminders of regular services
· Insurance claim filing
· Keep current listing of homeowner’s names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
· Research to provide best prices, and where possible, use bulk buying power to obtain best price for products and services
· Assist in the formation and administration of various committees
